What is PressuRITE?

PressuRITE™ is a digital refrigerant pressure controller used to operate commercial refrigeration compressor/condenser equipment, large commercial air conditioning equipment, condenser head pressure (via fan cycling operation) AND water-cooled condenser heat pump loop control (to eliminate nuisance pressure trips, compressor failures and mechanical labor-intensive re-set problems).

It not only allows the equipment its operating to Save Energy previously wasted but it eliminates refrigerant loss AND makes pressure control easier, faster and simpler.  It also COMBINES 3 or 4 pressure functions into one controller where previously, with old-style mechanical switches, it would have taken at least 2 separate devices to do the same job.

What is a SUT?

All RITE Family Products are programmed via the same hand-held, English prompted device that's called a SUT. This device connects to all RITE products through a "straight-thru" CAT5-type cable that clips into the RJ-45 female connector on both the controller being programmed and the SUT.

One SUT will program any RITE controller.The SUT has 4 "arrow keys": Up, Down, Left, Right. Menu, Enter, No & Yes are the remaining 4 keys used in programming.

Most controller programming can be accomplished in 1 minute or less and is easily completed by following the English prompts that direct the user after he/she selects the feature (Menu Item 1 - 6) to perform.

What is CycleRITE?

The CycleRITE product is specifically designed for application into A/C & Refrigeration condenser equipment where multiple condenser fans are used.  Its purpose is to control these fans based on condenser discharge pressure to better control low-load/low-ambient refrigerant conditions to eliminate flood-back and to save needless fan-motor energy consumption when the fans are not required to run.

The CycleRITE device is capable of controlling:
 - up to 4 separate condenser fans
 - 2 seperate refrigerant circuits

CycleRITE is shipped with 2 High Pressure Transducers Mod.# 100CP2-107 & is "back-plate" mounted for quick & easy installation into any system's existing control panel

Easy to program, CycleRITE is 'pre-configured' with pressure differential settings that match the majority of HVAC/R equipment manufacturers' recommendations for condenser fan staging-settings. 

Typical uses are for multi-condenser fan A/C & Refrigeration systems where fan-staging is needed or desired for:

- Improved/Enhanced system compressor energy conservation

It is powered by 120VAC or 240VAC (+/-10% Nominally), switch selectable, and contains 4 discrete Form C relays with 25 AMP @230V contact ratings.

RelayRITE-RRLL is a "relay-pak" device that communicates with RITE Controllers such that it adds 1 additional set of Form C contacts (SPDT) via a separate relay to the controller function capability.

It "shares data"... in most cases with a PressuRITE PR-205... and uses the 205's High Pressure Sensor (transducer) information in order to cycle its relay for such purposes as turning a condenser fan ON/OFF or a pump ON/OFF.  This "sharing" of the High Pressure via the exisitng transducer eliminates the need for an additional piping 'connection port' in order to sense pressure just to cycle the condenser fan.

The RelayRITE-RRLL therefore helps prevent refrigerant loss due to having an additional, unneeded point of connection that would otherwise create a weak-point for refrigerant to leak out of... or leak out of a capillary sensor tube or a bellows (such as in the older-style mechanical pressure switches currently used for condenser fan cycling).

In such applications, the PR-205 will be operating a compressor and controlling it via Low, High & Oil Pressure, while the RelayRITE-RRLL will cycle the condenser fan(s) as needed via seperate setpoints
