Freight is allowed under the following criteria
- Net selling price is $6,000 or greater
- Closed truck
- Carrier is chosen by RefPlus
- Shipment to nearest freight station in the continental U.S.A.

Freight is not allowed
- On orders less than $6,000 net
- Orders requiring shipment by flatbed
- Orders requiring expedited shipment
- Shipments to destinations outside the continental U.S.A.
Where freight is not allowed, shipment shall be F.O.B. shipping point.
